We're crazy for The Matzo Project, which is run by two camp friends, Ashley Albert and Kevin Rodriguez, who joined forces to reimagine the unleavened bread. The result is a vegan, nut-free, dairy-free, all natural, and yes, kosher snack that would make Bubbe verklempt. So would it kill you to try something new?
