This wrinkly goat cheese dome has three distinct textures: a buttery rind, the runny, gooey creamline just below the surface, and a dense, sweet milk center. A real crowd-pleaser, this is one of our absolute favorites for a cheese plate or party. We get hungry just thinking about it. The Coupole also ages beautifully. The older it gets, the more wrinkly it becomes. (Just like us.)
