The Asheville-based team at Poppy literally gets to spend their days thinking of ways to flavor their handcrafted, non-GMO popcorn, so essentially they’ve hit the career lottery, just sayin’. Case in point: their Black Pepper Parmesan Popcorn, which was created on a whim and swiftly rose to Mouth staff pick status with its cheesy, peppery, comforting awesomeness. Basically it’s what happens when a cozy bowl of pasta decides to dress up as popcorn. We’re into it.
