Their turkey jerky stick is protein packed, with garlic, rosemary and a peppery heat that releases slowly with every chew. Founders Tom, Matt and Scott first started their business almost a decade ago after tasting craft jerky on the ski slopes of Vermont. The key to why their jerky is so good?
